Karooooo (KRO) is a software company which operates through its subsidiary Cartrack. Cartrack was founded in Johannesburg and now its parent company, Karooooo, is headquartered in Singapore which has listings in both the Nasdaq and the Johannesburg Stock Exchange. 

Initially, Cartrack operated as a vehicle tracking provider and eventually expanded into a global vehicle tracking and fleet telematics provider in 26 different countries predominantly in Southeast Asia, South Africa and Europe. The group currently services 1.5 million vehicle subscriptions across over ninety thousand commercial customers.
